This work shall consist of the excavation and necessary back-fill required for traffic signal conduits. All such excavation shall be unclassified excavation as defined in subsection 203-1.01. The work shall include saw cutting any existing Portland cement concrete and asphalt concrete top surfaces and the restoration of any pavement, shoulder, and sidewalk courses, sub-courses, curbs, drives, lawns and other top surfaces. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
