The work generally consists of closing the City’s current Construction and Demolition (C&D) Landfill located at 925 S. Clyde Morris Blvd. The C&D Landfill has reached its permitted capacity and is to be closed in accordance with the environmental permits. Contractors to furnish, install, and compact clean fill at a 3:1 slope. Once the clean fill cover is inspected and approved by the Engineer of Record, the Contractor will furnish and install topsoil and then will sod the area in accordance with the Environmental Permits, Specifications, Construction Drawings, and Closure Plan. Bid Security in an amount not less than 10% of the total bid.
