The scope of work has been identified as: Additional Warehouse Improvements. Complete plywood ceiling installation within Shop area (sanded common grade/minimum 5/8" thickness). Approximately 48' x 39'. See photos 5 & 6. Provide access with steps/ladder from the mezzanine into the space above the new plywood ceiling. Install R-38 blown in insulation above new ceiling. Replace shop sliding door with one roll-up door and opener. Remove siding and frame out and install additional roll-up door and opener. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
