The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) is accepting Statements of Qualifications in response to this RFP from qualified firms interested in providing CM/GC services to DelDOT for the construction of the I-95 and SR 896 Interchange Project. The awarded CM/GC will collaborate with DelDOT, its Designer, and an Independent Cost Estimator (ICE) through the pre-construction phase, and through construction services.
