Generally, this Project will require the design and construction using the Construction Manager at Risk delivery method of a 16-inch water line and PVR to connect the existing 16’inch water line at Verrado and Van Buren with the existing 16-inch water line at Verrado and Yuma. Construction of this portion of the project shall be completed by March 31, 2023. In addition this Project involves installing a 12-inch water line, meter, and pressure release valve (PVR) connected to the EPCOR water distribution system at McDowell Road, near the Dean Road alignment, north of 1-10, near the western boundary of the Verrado development. Also included, as part of this project are any improvements or modifications to the City’s existing water system to accommodate the combing of the two water supplies. Construction of this portion of the project shall be completed by February 1, 2023. Deadline for questions is September 22, 2022 by 5:00pm.
