This will be a Construction Manager-at-Risk Project pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes Title 34. This project is for the construction of a new park located on City of Surprise owned land at the Southwest Corner of Greenway Road and Parkview Place (APN 501-18-526). The new Countryside Park will provide added lit flexible sports fields for City of Surprise programs including create further rental opportunities for youth teams in Surprise. This could also be a potential shared usage with other groups and agencies and would anticipate to be similar to the existing Mark Coronado Park. Deadline for questions is June 3, 2021 by 4:00pm.
