New Construction: The CMAR contract shall include pre-construction and construction services for the Farallon Water Campus #16 project as described in SECTION 3 – SCOPE OF WORK. Farallon Water Campus No. 16 is on approximately 21 acres on South Rooks Road between West Southern Avenue and West Broadway Road. The phased site layout is anticipated to include approximately 2.0 million gallons per day (Phase I) up to and ultimately a 16 million gallons per day (MGD) Water Treatment Facility. The City has contracted for design services, and it is anticipated that the CMAR pre-construction phase will begin in February of 2023 with the initial Basis of Design in November 2023. The Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the construction phase may be funded over multiple years. The project must be complete and delivering water no later than the end of 2024. Deadline for questions is October 13, 2022 by 5:00pm.
