Orange County, OC Public Works solicits proposals from interested and qualified respondents for Construction Manager at Risk Services for the East Garden Grove Wintersburg Channel Bridges Project located at the crossings of East Garden Grove-Wintersburg Channel and Warner Avenue, Springdale Street, and Edwards Street. The awarded proposal (“Contract”), will provide a negotiated Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Design Phase Services between the County and the selected Respondent All RFP questions must be posted via the County’s online bidding system and are due by 2:00pm on May 19, 2022. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
