The Participating Contractors shall email Martha Trevejo, County of San Diego, Department of Purchasing & Contracting at Martha.Trevejo@sdcounty.ca.gov to confirm they will be attending 24 hours prior to the site meeting.
Estimate: NTE $9,00,000.00 (both preconstruction & construction phases)
The County of San Diego (County) is requesting proposals (Proposal) from firms qualified to provide Construction Manager at Risk services for the preconstruction and construction phases of the remodel of the Edgemoor Acute Psychiatric Unit located at 655 Park Center Dr., San Diego, CA, 92071. Questions are due (in writing via email) by May 4th @ 5:00 PM.
