The City of Lowell is seeking bids to remove and dispose the existing carpeting, vinyl flooring and purchase and install brand new carpeting and vinyl flooring for the Lowell Senior Center, in strict accordance to the specification. To assist the City in this effort, the City is issuing this Invitation for Bid (“IFB”) to solicit responses from qualified Bidders who can meet the project requirements stated herein.

Bonds required.
