The City of Hialeah Construction and Maintenance Department is proposing to hire a General Contracting firm to build a new addition to the COHEA Charter School located at 2590 W. 76th Street. The new addition will consist of new classrooms, walkways with connections to the existing buildings, hallways, existing drainage and parking lot modifications, fencing and gates, irrigation and landscaping. The bid surety will be in the amount of 5% of the bid or you may submit a certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Hialeah. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
