The Colfax Streetscape Improvements project rebuilds portions of Colfax Avenue sidewalk and
curb and gutter between Dayton Street and Florence Street. The current parallel parking adjacent
to the roadway will be reconstructed to allow for a wider sidewalk adjacent to the businesses.
Planters will be replaced along the sidewalk and new plantings and irrigation will be installed.
Work not specifically called out for but is needed to accomplish a successful project under this
contract should be considered as part of the work to be performed, whether specifically detailed or
not. Completion date 5/31/22. Question deadline is 11/16/21 by 3:00 pm.
