San Jacinto Community College District is soliciting competitive sealed proposals (CSP) from qualified firms to provide elevator modernization services. Work shall include removal and disposal of elevator components not being used in the modernization, supply and installation of new components, refurbishment of components remaining, any required electrical work, minimum one-year warranty, one-year full maintenance contract, value engineering review, and all other work necessary to provide fully functional and code compliant units as determined by the Authority Having Jurisdiction in each case. Modernization alteration shall be non-proprietary to facilitate third-party service following expiration of initial warranty. Work is scheduled to start January 2021 and shall be completed by January 2022.Q&A due by 09/18/20 at 3PM. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
