Project includes the construction of the Towns Community Recreation Center. The new 41,000SF multi-use facility is to be located at Mammoth Creek Park at 686 Old Mammoth Road, Mammoth Lakes, CA. The Tensile Fabric Structure will house an Olympic sized ice rink/multi-purpose court along with associated public and private spaces such as entry hall and lobby, restrooms, locker rooms, mechanical rooms, and storage areas. The ice rink will be a complete turnkey system with all mechanical, plumbing and ancillary systems incorporated as specified. The project also includes site work such as concrete curbs and sidewalks, entry canopy and drainage improvements. The Town will be furnishing the ice rink dasher boards, ice rink chiller system, and Tensile Structure. Contractor to coordinate Scope of Work with others, as necessary. Prevailing wages and bonds
