It is the intent of this solicitation to contract with a vendor to obtain the services of a licensed/certified vendor to provide comprehensive all-inclusive hardware and software full service inspections, cleaning, testing, certification, preventative maintenance, general maintenance, programming, troubleshooting, diagnosis, repairs, reporting, replacements, call-out responses, and emergency responses to meet all applicable standards for maintaining the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning HVAC / Building Automation Systems / Energy Management Systems, Mechanical and Software Controlled systems in satisfactory continuous operating condition in selected facilities within Pasco County, as per specifications.
