This is a partial Design Build roadway project. The project being situated as follows: SR 3104, Section A04 - From the intersection of SR 3104 and SR 65 (Ohio River Boulevard) at Segment 0030 Offset 3844 (Station 59+00.00) to the intersection of SR 3104 and SR 51 (Island Avenue) at Segment 0010, Offset 0062 (Station 61.69). SR 8130 - the 4 ramps at Helen Street, from approximately 13+44 (NB and SB) to 9+11.75 NB and 9+00.90 SB and from approximately 13+78 (NB and SB) to 20+25.00 NB and 19+89.36 SB. DBE GFE required. Prequalification required. Required Completion: 09/06/2024. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
