Proposals are requested by the Erie County Department of Environment and Planning, Division of Sewerage Management (DEP/DSM) for a multi-year term agreement for various projects (work orders) in Erie County Sewer District Nos. 1 through 6 and 8. The top rated respondents will be selected to enter into a three (3) year term agreement for 2023, 2024, 2025 and at the County’s discretion, it may extend this agreement by one (1) additional year. Requests for clarification must be in writing and submitted via email no later than October 7, 2022 at 12:00pm.
