The scope of work to be performed by the construction management consultant will include but not be limited to the Quality Control requirements of the FHWA/CDOT Stewardship Agreement, as described in the Local Agency Contract Administration Checklist.An approximately 4,330 ft. long and nominal 10 ft. wide concrete trail will be constructed beginning at the Weld County Road (WCR) 46.5 east of the Great Western Railroad Tracks and meander through the land on the north side of WCR 46.5 and terminating at WCR 19. The trail construction will also include fencing along the property to ensure preservation of the endangered species habitat to the north and protection of the private property to the south. The major components of the project include the following items: ▪ Construction of a 10 ft. wide concrete trail with associated fencing and signage as applicable ▪ Installation of storm sewers and culverts, grading, removal of trees/vegetation as necessary. Please review the progress F.O.R. design drawings attached to this SOQ for additional information. The project is partially funded by federal aid from FHWA (Transportation Improvement Program) and therefore subject to CDOT Local Agency project requirements. Questions due 10/10/22. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
