The intent of this Request For Proposals and resulting contract is obtain professional engineering services for construction management/construction inspection for CR 720 Blue Anchor Road, RT 73 TO CR 536 (Cedarbrook/New Brooklyn Road), Winslow Township, Camden County. The terms of the contract agreement shall be for the length of the construction project and close out. Per the construction Specification Section 108.10, the construction project is to be substantially complete in onehundred twenty (120) calendar days and reach final construction completion in onehundred fifty (150) calendar days. The construction management/construction inspection firm will have an additional sixty (60) calendar days for close out of this federal project, or a total duration of two-hundred ten (210) calendar days. This project encourages M/WBE participation.
