Consulting services shall include reviewing existing plans; evaluating existing facilities and site modifications; providing construction management, resident engineering, and inspection services. LBWD would like to maximize its allocated annual pumping rights in both Central and West Coast Basins by expanding its groundwater production program. Originally constructed in 2017, the West Coast Basin Well 1 (WCB1) is currently in non-operation, but LBWD plans to use this well for water production. LBWD would like to construct a pump-to-waste system for WCB1 for water sampling and to determine types of future water treatment system needed prior to its conveyance into the distribution system.
