The City of San Pablo (“City”) invites proposals from qualified firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, persons or professional organizations for Construction Management Services (“CM Consultant”) during the construction of the Rumrill Boulevard Complete Streets Project (“Project”), a public works project funded through various Federal, State and local funds. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to select a CM Consultant that can serve as the City’s Representative to guide, coordinate and oversee the construction improvements of Rumrill Boulevard between the city limit and San Pablo Avenue.
