Construction Management Services for Safe Routes to School Pedestrian Bridge.  Extreme rains during incident period of September 11, 2013 overwhelmed and damaged infrastructure throughout town. Including washing out an existing pedestrian bridge located 4th & Evans Streets crossing the creek over to 4th & Park Streets. This pedestrian bridge was a vital and safe connection for neighborhoods on the southwest side of to get to the Lyons downtown area. Downtown includes the post office, the elementary school and local restaurants and businesses. The Town was able to secure funding to replace the bridge through a CDOT grant: Safe Routes to School. The project will include the pedestrian bridge replacement plus, trails, sidewalks and bicycle lanes.
