The City of Milford, Delaware, Department of Public Works, seeks to engage the services of a Construction Management (CM) firm for the Design Assistance and Construction Management of a New 20,000 +/- square-foot Milford Police Station. The selected CM will provide pre construction services as required, cost estimating, bid package development, and bid solicitations/award assistance, including full construction management throughout the construction process.
