The City of New Rochelle is experiencing unprecedented redevelopment in the City’s downtown. In order to meet this growth, the significant portions of the existing sanitary sewer system will need to be replaced and upgraded. In order to meet this growth, the significant portions of the existing sanitary sewer system will need to be replaced and upgraded. Approximately 1,494 linear feet of 8” DIP and 7 manholes will be installed in the same alignment and grade as the existing system on Maple Avenue, Davis Avenue and Bancker Place. All work will require careful coordination with the existing underground utilities, business owners, pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Details of the construction including plans and specifications can be found as separate documents included in this solicitation. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
