The City of Cape Coral (City) Fire Department is seeking construction manager at risk services for Fire Station #12 and the possibility of additional City Fire Stations in the future. The City has selected Sweet Sparkman Architects as the professional architectural/engineering firm for design services for FS #12 and expect the awardee to work closely with the Architectural firm in the completion of this project. The City plans to have the design completed in 2020 with permitting and construction completed in 2021. This fire station is almost identical to Cape Coral Fire Station #2 (currently under construction), with some minor changes and differences as required for site adaption and code updates. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
