CM or CMAR: The Commerce City Board of Education (CCBOE) (Owner), is soliciting proposals from Construction Professionals/firms interested in providing Construction Professional (CP) services for renovation and modifications to a wing of Commerce High School. Also, the system is seeking bids to resurface the track located at Commerce Middle School. The preliminary working budget for Project no. 1 is $1.4 million. The budget for Project no. 2 will be determined. As part of the CP services, evaluate the Scope of Work and determine a developmental budget for the project, and prioritize the needs. The final budget/SCL will be determined by the prioritization of the Work, and the available funding. The Scope of Work may be revised by the Owner due to programmatic requirements, funding availability, or other circumstances. Bonds required.
