This project consists of completion of site grading, storm drainage, curb and gutter, asphalt paving, concrete walks, steel frame structure modifications, cmu interior walls, metal roof deck modifications, TPO roofing, hollow metal doors and frames, finish hardware, aluminum storefront and glazing, drywall and framing, carpet, vct, quarry tile, acoustical ceilings, painting, casework, toilet partitions, athletic equipment, tack and marker boards, food service equipment, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, controls and electrical, including generator. Bonds required.
