City Hall, 10500 N Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens, FL. After the Pre-Bid Conference, there will be a follow-up Site Visit at the Aquatics Center, where the work in this solicitation is to be performed.
The purpose of this solicitation is to contract with a qualified and experienced vendor who can construct a new main pool for the City of Palm Beach Gardens, Aquatics Center. The Aquatics Center is located at 4404 Burns Road, and is part of the Burns Road Community Center. The renovations of the Aquatics Center and the construction of a new main pool are a major part of the overall Burns Road Community Center Facility Expansion Project. Funding for the design and renovation of the Aquatic Center is immediately available and has been allocated in this fiscal year’s budget.
