The Project generally includes the demolition of four (4) small barns and replacing with one (1) 7,500 sq ft barn as per the CSNA bid drawings.
All the construction will be within County owned property and has El Paso County oversight. The Project is NOT subject to Davis-Bacon requirements, and there are no DBE requirements. Contractor must follow current CDC, State, and local COVID-19 guidance.
