The project will provide a slop stabilization system, to include new retaining walls and partial building demolition. The slope stabilization system will only consist of the stabilization of the western slope separating the 2900 S Eads Street property and properties along South Fern St. Partial building demolition and reconstruction will be performed in advance of the stabilization system installation. The building modification will include the changes of the existing steel structure, mechanical systems, electrical systems and fire protection systems. Q&A due by 5pm, 6/11/21. Bonds required.
