Room 1-100 at the William B. Travis Building, 1701 Congress Ave., Austin, TX 78701. Pre-registration is required to participate in the teleconference. Please allow sufficient time for parking and walking to the building. Immediately following the conclusion of the Pre-Proposal conference, attendees will proceed to the George H.W. Bush Building to conduct a site visit. The site visit will be held on Thursday, September 22nd at 11:00 AM. Hard hat and safety vest will be required for the walk-through.

The Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) solicits proposals for construction of a shared Boardroom in the George HW Bush Building, 1801 Congress, Austin, Texas. The shared Boardroom is located on the 4th floor of the Bush Building. The Boardroom and its associated spaces total approximately 5,000 square feet, and consist of the Boardroom, IDF rooms, a pre-function space and storage. The Bush Building is an occupied building and consideration shall be given as such. Work will be permitted during regular business hours. A service elevator and loading dock will be available, but use must be coordinated through the Owner. The 4th Floor restrooms and breakroom will be available for contractor and subcontractor use and shall be maintained and cleaned as part of this project. Questions are due by Sept 28th.Construction is required to commence within thirty (30) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued. The contract period is projected for a term of one hundred fifty (150) calendar days except as may be otherwise amended or negotiated. HSP required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
