Sealed bids for the construction of Stadium Capital Improvements will be received at the office of the Onondaga County Purchasing Director. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security Deposit in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Bid security must be in the form of a bid bond or certified/ bank check, made payable to The County of Onondaga. Bids with inadequate bid security will be declared informal. The Owner reserves the right to waive any bid informalities or to reject any or all bids.
