The County is requesting proposals from qualified firms for the provision of a construction phase geotechnical engineering and materials testing services for the following projects: SEWRF Storage Lakes and Pump Back Station Improvements. SWWRF Equalization System Rehabilitation and Cover Addition, and Bleach Tank Roof Over. The Successful Proposer further agrees that failure to execute and deliver said form of Agreement within ten (10) calendar days will result in damages to County and as guarantee of payment of same a bid bond/certified check shall be enclosed within the submitted sealed proposal in the amount of five (5%) percent of the total amount of the proposal. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
