Prince George County is soliciting sealed bids from qualified bidders to establish contract (s) to provide construction / renovation services for the County to alter the existing Courthouse Building. The work shall involve alterations to the existing Courthouse Building. The awarded contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, parts, tools, materials, transportation, record documentation, support services and resources necessary to complete the described work in accordance with the included specifications, drawings and contract documents. The Courthouse will remain in operation during the construction services for the renovation of the building. Work shall begin 10 calendar days after receipt of purchase order or contract and all work shall be completed within 240 days. Questions due 5 days prior to bid date. Bonds required.
