The Goose Creek CISD is accepting proposals for Construction Services for Elementary School #17.The work includes but is not limited to the following: Construct a new 100,000 SF elementary school that will house 850 students. Elementary will consist of Pre-K – 5th grade classrooms, administrative area, gym, cafeteria & kitchen, media center, and outdoor learning area. The design is a prototype of several other elementary schools that have recently been constructed in the District Prevailing wages. Bonds required. Q&A due by 09/23/20 at 5PM.
