The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide construction services to the City for Pier St West. This project entails streetscape improvements on NE 2nd St. (a.k.a. Pier St West) from State Rd A1A to Riverside Dr. Plans have been prepared by Keith Team retained by the CRA and City to assist with design services. The work encompasses 500 L.F. of roadway improvements including, but not limited to, demolition; erosion control; drainage; water main; road resurfacing; striping and signage; and, lighting.
