A project site visit will be scheduled individually upon appointment between the dates of Tuesday, May 19, 2020 - Thursday, May 21, 2020 between the hours 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Once an appointment has been requested and confirmed via email with Project Designer (igarza@bakersfieldcity.us), more specific directions into the Convention Center (801 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA 93306) will be provided.
Estimate: $378,000
The work to be performed consists, in general, of reconstruction of the concrete flooring at the Convention Center located at 801 Truxtun Avenue, which will consist of, but is not limited to, demolition of existing convention center concrete flooring; and installing new concrete flooring including rebar and doweling in to the existing concrete slab and a polished concrete flooring. Project duration: July 6th - August 14th. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
