The purpose of this RFQ is to enter into a purchase order with the responsive and responsible vendor that submits the lowest cost to provide: aerial seeding services. Please see Attachment B Scope of Work for more information. The seed will be pre-mixed and supplied in 40-60 lb bags or 1250 lbs bulk totes wrapped in plastic on pallets. The contractor will be responsible for picking up and transporting pre-mixed bags and providing the necessary equipment and personnel to unload and load seed. Bonds required.
