Cosumnes Community Services District invites bids for the construction of a new fire station in Elk Grove, CA. The work generally consists of the construction of a 9,005 s.f. fire station building and associated site and utility work located in Elk Grove, CA. Additional improvements include, but are not limited to: 3,300 s.f. prefabricated metal storage building, site paving and landscaping, 55’ communication tower, above-ground fuel tank, trash enclosure, roof-mounted solar system, water, sewer, gas, storm drain system and tie-ins, street frontage improvements. The development area of the proposed project is approximately 1.6 acres. Contractor shall begin work within 15 calendar days and diligently prosecute all work within 360 working days.
