The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and insurance necessary to execute and complete the work. The Contractor shall remove all debris, garbage, equipment and materials from the job site upon completion of the job. All roofing procedures shall be in accordance with good roofing practices as outlined by the National Roofing Contractor’s Association. Asbestos materials are prohibited.This project encourages M/WBE participation.
