The project will include but not limited to the demo of current storefront automatic doors pressurized mat on the exterior and interior, demo of exterior soffit, and demo of interior floor tile. New entrance will include but not limited to level 3 ballistic us bullet proofing 400 series bronze ballistic mullions and glazing windows, new concrete, new walk off mat and moving the metal detector and scanner. The City will be responsible for removing casework and the City’s electrician can assist with electrical needs on the project. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
