The County of Bland is requesting proposals for upgrades to the existing HVAC systems of the Courthouse, 612 Main St., Bland, VA 24315. Included in this proposal are all systems related to the heating/cooling located in the Bland County Courthouse Building. The contract shall cover the period from June 1, 2021 through June 1, 2022 or an equivalent period depending upon date of contract award, with an approved heating system operational from October 15th through May 1st. Bonds may be required.
