This project consists of the construction of a stormwater retention pond (Pond 4) located of County Road 466A. The pond is needed to accommodate drainage for County Road 466A which will be widened to a four-lane divided roadway in the near future. Pond size is approximately six acres. Additional drainage improvements include pipe culverts, manholes , and mitered end sections. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee acceptable to the County Attorney, which shall be one of the following; bid bond or letter of credit, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the base bid and made payable to Lake County.
