Renovation: The Annex Rehabilitation and Log House Kitchen Restoration. Work includes but is not limited to: Update utilities. New electrical, lighting, mechanical, data and fire protection throughout. New and restored interior finishes throughout. Rehab the first floor of the Annex: Provide a new polished concrete slab and perimeter foundation, provide new thermal glazing units and storefront entry, restore existing windows, provide a new barrier free restroom, new interior wood doors. Reconstruct the Annex to Kitchen Link: Provide a new polished concrete slab and perimeter foundation, provide new thermal glazing units, new stucco exterior, new standing seam metal roofing. Reconstruct the second floor of the Annex: New wood frame second floor, cedar shake siding and wood trim, new exposed wood roof framing and decking to match historic, new and restored custom diamond paned windows, new asphalt shingle and EPDM roofing, gutters and downspouts. Restore the Log House kitchen: Restore historic plaster partitions and provide new doors to match historic, restore historic doors, restore historic ceiling finishes and stained finishes at woodwork and doors.
