CSU Bakersfield is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to enter into a job order contract for providing construction services to repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, demolition and construction of infrastructure, buildings, structures, or other real property. The University issues to the Contractor discrete, fixed-priced task or job orders, as needed, under the contract. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. Pre-Qualification required. Term of contract is one year.
