This project is comprised of the removal, disposal, replacement, and restoration of an individual culvert crossing along the Melbourne Tillman (MT) Water Control District (WCD) Canals 41: Tranter @ MTWCD C-41R. Construction of the project is considered turn-key and will include all aspects of work including but not limited to: furnish and installation of the 9’ x 5’ box culvert and all associated material, equipment, labor, maintenance of traffic, traffic detours, mobilization, erosion control, clearing and grubbing, excavation, dewatering, demolition, de-mucking, disposal of unusable materials, new fill, base rock under pipe and roadway, compaction of fill, stabilization, testing, restoration of road including pavement installation, procurement and installation of selected structures, utility conflict coordination and relocations, final clean up, sodding of disturbed areas, thermoplastic striping, as-built plans, and permit closure as applicable as per the provided construction plans and specifications provided herein.
