The Owner is the Town of Newburgh and the work site is located on Gardnertown Road, from Creek Run Road to Gidney Avenue. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Complete removal and replacement of the existing culvert (BIN 3360190). Total replacement of the existing guiderail, while maintaining the existing highway section that exists near culvert today, curb reconstruction and signing and pavement striping.
