Cascade Road Over Branch of Utoy Creek (Culvert Replacement Project) is located within Fulton County, Georgia. The existing double 33-ft. long bottomless concrete culvert was built in 1951. Each of the barrel walls are approximately 6.5-ft. high supported with metal arc forms bolted to the top slab with each culvert barrel width of 13-ft The Project consists of the following major elements: The culvert will be lengthened to accommodate a wider urban shoulder with 6-ft. sidewalks on each side and will consist of a Conspan O-series Culvert, 31’-0” x 10’- 2 ¼”, to be constructed for this project. This project will include the purchase and manufacturing of the Conspan O-Series Culvert with a length of 88-ft., headwalls, wingwalls, and the precast express foundation. All required utility relocations will be handled directly by the utility owner unless specified. A bid bond is required for this project. A Bid Bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each Bid. The Bid Bond must be submitted with the Bid.
