Cumming City Hall, 100 Main Street, Cumming, GA 30040
Door and Window Supplier & Install Contractors on Building A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, L. This will be all Door and Window items in plans and specifications. RFP needs to include all window/door materials and labor. Please exclude any metal coping that would be in roofing scope. Power and water will be on site. Proposals should be complete with Labor and All Materials. Material testing will apply where applicable. Any lifts for install will need to be included on Proposals. Proposals will need to be broken down into Material and Labor per Building. Any other materials to be included in RFP in overall scope. Deadline for questions is March 1, 2021 by 4:30pm. Bonds
