Cumming City Hall, 100 Main Street, Cumming, GA 30040
Masonry Contractors on Building A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, L, M. This will be all masonry items in plans and specifications. RFP needs to Stone, Brick, and Stucco turn-key install. All Steel Lintels will need to be included. Please exclude any metal coping that would be in roofing scope. Power and water will be on site. Proposals should be complete with Labor and All Materials. Material testing will apply where applicable. Any lifts for install will need to be included on Proposals. Proposals will need to be broken down into Brick, Stone, and Stucco sections. CMU exterior and interior scopes will need to be included in the proposals. Deadline for questions is March 1, 2021 by 4:30pm. Bonds
